Chase Elliott and Hendrick Motorsports is a duo that is here to stay. The 2020 Cup Series Champion and his team have shared many milestones in their journey together. This includes Elliot’s first race win, first Cup Series Championship as well as six consecutive most popular drivers in the NASCAR Series. Hendrick Motorsports also celebrated their 250th win as a team with Chase Elliott as he celebrated his first race win in 2018.
Coming from a racing lineage, he is the son of the legendary NASCAR driver, Bill Elliot. The father-son duo is one of the very few duos where both have won a championship. Chase Elliott has not just made his mark in the Cup Series but also the Xfinity Series.
In 2014, at the age of just 19 years old, Elliott became the Xfinity Championship with multiple race wins. He has also participated in the Truck Series and won three races so far. His talents have been evident since his childhood where he won a race in every series he competed in.

Chase Elliott Contract
Since his debut in 2015, Elliott has been part of Hendrick Motorsports as a full-time driver. It comes as no surprise that Elliott signed a multi-year contract extension in 2022 with Hendrick Motorsports.
During the Daytona 500 weekend in 2022, the team and driver pair announced a contract extension for five years. This means Elliott is set to drive for his team at least until the 2027 season.
Currently, in his tenth season of the Cup Series, he has competed all the seasons with Hendricks and hopes to retire with them. Elliott has been integral to the team and was also a huge part of the team’s rebranding in 2017. His previous contract with the team was signed in 2018, the year of Elliot’s first race win. It was a four-year contract that was set to expire after the 2022 season.
