Emma Raducanu sparked rumours of a romance brewing as she was spotted watching Carlos Alcaraz clinch his consecutive Wimbledon title against Novak Djokovic on Sunday.
Gossip swirled about the 21-year-old Brit possibly dating the Spanish star, especially as she observed him reclaiming his SW19 crown from the legendary Djokovic. Alcaraz quickly dismissed any whispers of a budding relationship with Raducanu during a post-match press conference.
When quizzed about her presence, the young champion remarked: “I don’t know. I guess a lot of people came to see the final.” He added: “Novak and I, we always play a spectacular match, it’s a beautiful match to see. And she is from here, so I imagine that she wanted to come and see it.

“If there was a Grand Slam in Murcia I would watch the finals 100%. I don’t know if she came to the finals or if she came to see me. Who knows? You have to question her, but I hope she enjoyed the final.” Raducanu herself has expressed professional admiration for Alcaraz, noting that she’d been keenly following his matches at Wimbledon and drawing inspiration from his gameplay.
Raducanu single?
Before hitting the grass courts of Wimbledon, tennis sensation Raducanu was romantically linked with Carlo Agostinelli, the son of billionaire Robert Agostinelli, who is chairman and co-founder of Rhone Group and brother to Made In Chelsea’s Heloise Agostinelli. The pair reportedly started seeing each other in May 2023, but it seems the love match wasn’t meant for the long haul, as they split last month.
