Kyle Larson Pays His Respects as the NASCAR World Loses Great

Last day, popular helmet artist and owner of Indocil Art, Ryan Young, passed away, pushing the NASCAR nation into a state of shock. The artist who was renowned for his talent, the creator of iconic helmet designs, died at the age of 50. Expressing his grief, Kyle Larson put out a brief social media post, extending his condolences while sharing his good times with the artist.

Renowned helmet artist Ryan Young has left for heaven, taking a humble trip to God’s abode, leaving his close ones broken in pieces. The designer is popular for his collaboration with racers including Michael McDowell and Kyle Larson from the NASCAR world, who shot into the stratosphere with his association with Lizzy Musi and his rock and roll-inspired MTV helmet for her. Ryan Young was Larson’s go-to helmet guy. The very talented helmet designer created some of Larson’s most iconic head gear, including the HendrickCars.com WW2-inspired piece for Phoenix.

Mourning the loss of his helmet buddy and designer friend, Kyle Larson took to his social media, writing, “Hated getting the news of @indocil Ryan Young passing away yesterday morning. Such an extremely passionate and talented artist that I’m going to greatly miss. I’m not sure people realize how involved I like to be on the design process of my helmets. I always loved talking to him and working through fun ideas for designs.”
