When asked if the King of Clay can win a slam this year, Macci said that it will depend on his health and how he feels. He further dissected the sole advantage of Rafa, which is his name itself.

“The one thing that he has going for him is his name is Nadal. Okay, he’s not gonna, he’s gonna be tough for anybody. I think it’s going to be much tougher because he’s not going to be seeded. He could have, you know he could play Djokovic in the first round. I mean wouldn’t that be crazy but no listen, because he doesn’t have, uh he’s not going to be seeded so I think it’s going to be tough uh for Rafa, but at the end of the day I think it depends on his health.
